Job Description

Responsible for sourcing sales qualified opportunities. Position will have to
follow-up on sales leads (Inbound Marketing Driven or Partner Referred) & create an
outbound pipeline. This role will also review & validate targeted outbound prospects and
activities to support select Account Executives & their respective territories.

Key responsibilities:
Maintain a quota of an average of 9 sales qualified opportunities per month
Meet/exceed weekly objectives in scheduling, coordinating, confirming & executing
qualified sales opportunity meetings
Generate new business opportunities to fuel the revenue pipeline
Research & build new & existing accounts (i.e.: adding contacts, sending emails,
strategic calling)
Lead Follow-up, Qualification, & Opportunity Generation
Conduct high-level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts
Expertise in Sales Productivity & CRM Tools;, Gmail, Linkedin,
Outreach, Rainking
Track all daily activity & progress via Outreach & Salesforce
Confirm & coordinate through verbal & written communication to assure all
participating parties have the necessary information & attend as scheduled.
Willingness to travel monthly to quarterly schedule - candidate should be able to work
efficiently to maximize travel schedule while attending trade shows in their territory


Must be fluent French & English speaking w/1+ years of sales related experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
Track record of obtaining past quotas
Excellent English skills & preferably Dutch and/or French / German
Living in the Dutch Randstad area
Previous prospecting & lead qualification experience
Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem & business technologies
Clearly demonstrated organizational & time management skills
Strong salesmanship capabilities & a proven track record of calling upon varying levels
of IT Directors & C-Level Executives
Exceptional organizational, presentation, & communication skills - both verbal and
Demonstrated ability to deal with change & be a team player
Successful software startup experience
