The Challenge

You will be the leading the Global Paid Media team to drive new user acquisition & revenue growth within our paid media channels (LI, publications, PPC, display, Facebook) across all offerings, supporting B2B campaigns, PPC & ABM, & e-commerce. You are a specialist in manage the development, execution & analysis of paid media across multiple platforms & understand the role of each at different stages in the buying cycle, & data required to optimize the performance of all things paid media. You will be responsible for maintaining & reporting on channel performance, budget, ROAS & contribution to marketing influenced revenue goals.

Your Mission

  • Lead the global paid media efforts as one of the core demand generation pillars while optimizing for increased revenue & ROAS efficiencies
  • Devise paid media plans based on strategy, objectives & budget across offerings & geographies
  • Own the design, implementation, monitoring & operations of our multi-channel paid media program including conversion journey from ad to outreach
  • Work cross-functionally with campaigns team, product marketing, content marketing & creative services teams to build high-performing ads that align with messaging across all paid channels
  • Monitor & report on campaign performance & ROI including recommendations for improvement
  • Negotiate contracts, placements & budget with media vendors including insertion orders & billing accuracy
  • Develop & maintain relationships with media vendors that deliver new & unique opportunities to the business
  • Research industry benchmarks, trends & product specific messaging to ensure ad-market fit
  • Explore & provide recommendations on new media & vendor opportunities

You Are

  • B2B technology paid media experience with a successful track record of executing, measuring & delivery on digital marketing performance metrics (ROAS, CPL, CPM, Pipeline influence)
  • Lead a team of multi-channel (LI, publications, PPC, display, Facebook) paid media analysts
  • Develop, optimize & monitor Salesforce & Google Analytics performance dashboards to evaluate & communicate program performance
  • Advanced knowledge of Google & Bing paid advertising strategy, campaign/ ad structure & reporting
  • Experience developing & maintaining partnerships with media publications, industry or non-profit partnerships highly desired but not required
  • Strong project management & organization skills
  • Detail oriented with an analytical mindset & approach to decision-making
  • Ability to communicate effectively with broader marketing team & business stakeholders

Your Experience Includes

  • 3-5+ years paid media experience as part of a demand generation or digital marketing team - (SaaS preferred)
  • Supporting a global paid media program & partner ecosystem

Extra Awesome

  • Experience or familiarity with Monday.com or other planning tools
  • Experience with Eloqua, Marketo or Pardot marketing automation platforms
