Your Role
As a dedicated & driven Senior Account Director you will be providing both strategic & tactical leadership across multimillion-dollar engagements, while keeping up-to-date on daily project activities.
We need someone who can identify a clients business needs & work with both the client & various RAPP teams to understand, define & build effective & innovative solutions that generate measurable results. The client projects will range from digital campaigns, platform builds, data analytics, user experience, etc. We are looking for someone with strong digital & operational background. Knowledge of digital media (i.e. programmatic, bought media, social content etc.) is highly desirable.
A Senior Account Director is the kind of person who will know what you want & what you needbefore you do. They can take on the point of view of both our clients & our internal teams, & they know exactly how to express those perspectives, concerns & requirements to the other side. They must be prepared to be as much of a leader as they are a communicator & mentor.

Skills & Experience
- Experience in a client services organization, preferably on projects with top-tier consulting firms or interactive agencies (e.g. digital campaigns, platform builds, data analytics, user experience, CRM etc.)
- Ability to manage long-term, multimillion-dollar engagements with multiple project tracks & teams. A sharp mind, a good memory & an attention to detail are absolutely key
- Comfortable interacting with clients of all levels & industry backgrounds, from C-Suite through to administrative support staff. You need to know intuitively how to best facilitate the relationship between RAPP & our clients in any given situation.
- Strong understanding of digital & design lifecycle. You should understand the work we do & the new things we can be doing as well as you understand our clients, thus able to proactively drive discussions on new & relevant solutions for them.
- Ability to manage & set client expectations. The Senior Account Director combines client needs & our own awesome abilities to figure out the best way to produce winning work.
- Must have 5+ years experience as Account Director/ Senior Account Director.
