HelloFresh is seeking to hire a proactive, business-oriented, & tech-savvy advertising & marketing transaction attorney. This role will have primary responsibility for a variety of digital advertising, sponsorships, & media buying tractions. You will play an important role in supporting strategic advertising & marketing initiatives on the cutting-edge of technology.
You will ...
- Draft, review & negotiate a wide spectrum of marketing, online advertising, mar-tech, SaaS, strategic partnerships & other service level agreements with advertisers, ad agencies, & ad tech platforms.
- Partner effectively with key stakeholders, providing strategic advice & ensuring that all interests of the business are appropriately represented in the applicable agreements.
- Advise our brand & growth marketing teams on local & national marketing campaigns, promotions, sweepstakes, etc.
- Structure & negotiate a wide range of sponsorship, endorsement, talent & promotion agreements.
- Advise our marketing & public relations team on a full spectrum of challenges arising in strategic advertising & media deals.
- Well versed with both B2B & B2C aspects of the digital advertising ecosystem.
- An effective communicator with excellent negotiating skills, keen analytical abilities, & a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
- Skilled at handling complex business transactions in a fast-paced, agile working environment.
- Strategic thinker with a strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally & build enduring partnerships.
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful & the type of person that thrives on change & new challenges.
At a minimum, you have...
- A J.D. with outstanding academic credentials.
- At least 3+ years of experience working in house supporting a marketing team, e-commerce experience strongly preferred.
- Experience working in ad tech & digital marketing space
- Must be admitted, active & in good standing with the New York State Bar, Colorado State Bar or another state bar.
