Technical Onboarding Specialist - USA Remote

About the Position

The first product experience is a critical component to delighting our customers. We are looking for a dynamic & friendly Onboarding Specialist to help us ensure that all new trial users have the support & guidance they need to quickly & efficiently get value from the Sumo Logic platform. 

In this role, you will be part of a team of Onboarding Specialists responsible for engaging directly with users, & providing instruction & support as needed. You will engage with customers across multiple channels to ensure high-quality experiences & work closely with our sales, marketing, & product teams to support our product-led funnel.If you care about delivering an excellent customer experience & enjoy working with a technical audience (developers, practitioners) this role is a good fit for you.

• You take an empathetic, customer-centric approach to problem-solving
• You have experience in customer success, product-led companies, and/or developer support
• You're an effective communicator 
• You possess a strong bias for data-driven decision-making
• You effectively manage multiple conversations

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Knowledge & experience with observability or  security solutions including collection & log analytics
• Experience with cloud-based architectures
• Understanding SQL-based queries & languages a plus
• Experience with Open Telemetry a plus
• Proficiency in modern office productivity software, cloud-based applications, & CRM tools
• Ensure a successful handoff of new users to Account Executives after onboarding is complete

Prior Experience

• 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, product-led, customer support, or relevant role
• Bachelors degree or equivalent
