As a Creative Team (Copywriter & Art Director) you are storytellers with your fingers on the social pulse. You must be conceptually strong, with good craft skills & be excited to join a wider creative team to craft award-winning, smart, & thoughtful creative concepts that have an impact. In addition to creativity, keen attention to detail & a strong working knowledge of digital campaign mechanics & platform specifics (Instagram, Facebook, WeChat, etc.) keeps your work not just stellar, but also current. A strong knowledge of typography, image manipulation, illustration & animation are key to this role as you will own the delivery of all assets & comms for the experience. Most importantly, youre a sound creative thinker who efficiently manages time to juggle client needs for world-class brands.

You will:

  • Have the social suave to know the medium inside & outwhat works & what doesntand love the challenge of creating things that stand out.
  • Direct, guide, & create social content at all levels from large budget activations to small DIY shoots.
  • Be comfortable & confident interacting with clients, presenting at all levels, & developing lasting relationships.
  • Thrive within the fast pace content-led accounts.
  • Make sure you keep bang up-to-date with industry trends & news so your ideas are the freshest.

You have:

  • A portfolio rich in social media creative that scales from campaigns/activations/events to daily brand content posts & management.
  • Experience of working on integrated campaigns & of working for big named clients.
  • Experience on FMCG & premium brands is a bonus but not a requirement.
  • A highly creative outlook & imagination, youll be passionate about bringing ideas to life, & preferably have a few awards on your mantelpiece
  • An interest in popular culture, new advertising trends & techniques.
  • 5+ years conceptual creative & social experience.
  • Developed & diverse communication skills.
