As the Head of Talent Acquisition, your role is the gateway to ensuring we create practices that help us to maintain this same philosophy during times of exponential growth & scale. In partnership with the VP of People Operations, you will be a critical member of Bread's leadership teamplaying a key role in shaping the organization's future bysetting the benchmark for recruiting performance in high growth tech.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop & implement both a short-and long-term high-performing talent acquisition strategy
  • Constantly challenge yourself & your team to think creatively in order to deliver on ambitious hiring targets
  • Be a thought partner & a thought leader to hiring managers on how to find, interview & close exceptional candidates
  • Establish scalable processes & build out innovative best practices
  • Be an effective leader, mentor & a coach in order to empower your team to deliver great results & find long-term growth at Bread
  • Design & run multi-channel lead generation strategies informed by data
  • Establish Bread as a great place to work wether candidates receive an offer or not; oversee our social media & employer brand strategy
  • Nurture our core values & guiding principles & further our best practices for diversity & inclusion

What You've Done:

  • 8+ years of experience in recruiting (tech recruiting a must!), & 4+ years of experience leading talent teams in a high-growth early-stage technology company
  • Scaled those same companies from 50 to 150 & more ++
  • Shown strong business acumen with a pragmatic approach & built strong credibility through empathy & understanding of clients' functions & business needs
  • Understanding & experience of cultural differences & their impact on business & organizational dynamic
  • Strategic market intelligence on hiring trends, competitor activity & compensation
  • used data to analyze & improve recruiting practices & pipeline with an emphasis on how to take metrics & put them into actionable programs
  • Built an employer brand & value proposition
