ABOUT THE ROLE:

Peloton's Global Brand Manager will focus on planning & carrying out portfolio marketing-related activity! They will drive end-to-end efforts for successfully marketing the Peloton product portfolio including strategic plan development - leading external agency partners & implementing integrated campaigns, (including TV). This is a global role, but with a primary focus on domestic acquisition. Their primary responsibilities will include developing & carrying out seasonal campaign strategies (optimized for positive brand awareness & acquisition), authoring marketing briefs, driving creative development, & managing campaign rollout, optimization. This candidate will work closely with consumer insights, performance marketing, creative teams (both external agencies & internal creative team) as well as cross-functional partners to ensure full campaign integration across the full consumer journey.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON:

  • Manage external agencies to develop best-in-class integrated campaigns (briefing, providing strategic feedback, production oversight)
  • Partner with the performance marketing team & Creative team to optimize creativity across channels
  • Work with the consumer insights lead to get a deeper understanding of our consumer & develop insightful marketing as a result
  • Partner with other brand team leads (Social, Retail, Content) & cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive & consistent messaging across prospective & existing Member marketing
  • Act as the brand lead across the organization to be the strategic voice of the integrated communications strategy
  • Manage seasonal campaign budgets to plan

YOU BRING TO PELOTON:

  • 5+ years experience in a related role, either brand-side or at a creative agency, managing large 360 integrated campaigns (ideally inclusive TV)
  • Experience translating rich consumer insights into useful & compelling marketing briefs & tactics
  • Experience developing global marketing strategies for brands with multiple sub-brands and/or products
  • Strong communication skills with comfort influencing senior-level, cross-functional teams
  • Proven data-first approach to building marketing plans that solve business needs
  • Project management skills to manage multiple high-profile & large budget projects at once
  • Ability to work collaboratively & cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Thirst for ongoing learning & adaptation; curiosity & openness to new ideas & diverse points of view
  • Ability to operate at both a strategic & executional level; ideate & directly execute
  • Bachelors Degree required
