About the role

You will be an essential part of the Viator Financial, Planning & Analytics team & have a broad range of responsibilities including business partnering, investment modeling, & forecasting. You will collaborate with departmental leads to prepare budgets & review performance. This role requires an independent, proactive, & organized candidate who will adapt well in a dynamic environment.

What You Will Do

• Own planning of investments, advising, tracking, forecasting, business cases, measurement of impact, & ensuring transparency
• Drive monthly reviews of expenses & initiatives with business owners providing critical feedback & ideas for cost efficiencies & revenue increases
• Partner to all business function leads, Product, Engineering, Data, B2B, Brand, & Traffic
• Support new initiatives & administration of any non standard business investments (prepaid, consulting projects, etc)
• Support GM of Bokun on business strategy & operations

What You Will Bring to the Team

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• 7+ years of experience in financial planning & reporting
• Expert knowledge of Excel & its data & analysis tools
• Hyperion & Workday skills a big plus
• An inquisitive nature, someone who wants to explore variances & understand the root cause
• Proactive & independent, always looking to take initiative & improve existing processes
• Excellent communication & relationship building skills
• Strong sense of ownership & entrepreneurial spirit
