Business Development Representative

Were looking for a bright, driven & ambitious Business Development Representative to identify, educate, convince & convert Strategic Accounts into qualified sales opportunities.   • Prospect, educate, qualify, & develop Target Accounts, successfully managing & overcoming prospect objections
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on territory planning & outreach to ensure maximum coverage & conversions within Target Accounts, & ultimately a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
  • Conduct high level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts, becoming a trusted resource & developing superior relationships with prospects
  • Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas
  • Continuously learn, grow, & develop your expertise in the social media care industry
  • Provide closed-loop feedback to sales, marketing & product to ensure continuous optimization


  • 1+ years of previous sales development experience, in enterprise SaaS software
  • Experience prospecting into Fortune 1000 businesses
  • Experience with working with outbound email management systems (yesware,
  • A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible lead follow-up & sales development at multiple executive levels within an organization
  • Proven track record achieving measurable inside sales goals where accurate entry & management of lead data in a CRM system was required
  • Excellent communication skills (written, in person, on the phone & on social platforms)
  • Sales training & Salesforce experience a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year university
