Hi, we're Oscar. Were hiring a Senior Manager, Growth Operations to join our National Sales team.

About the role:

The Growth Operations Team is responsible for developing & maintaining the underlying operations that will facilitate efficient & profitable growth across Oscars lines-of-businesses. 

As the Sr. Manager of Growth Operations, you will have ownership of the technical integrations with Oscars external distribution partners along with the sales infrastructure to appropriately support our internal Sales & Marketing Teams. Youll be responsible for designing & implementing streamlined & stable workflows that will require collaboration across multiple vendors & departments. Additionally, youll directly manage a Growth Operations Team & play a key role in the development of our growth strategy. 

It goes without saying, but this highly visible role will need to be comfortable working internally & externally, troubleshooting difficult problems, maintaining a customer first mindset, & driving professional development. 

You will report into the Senior Director, Sales Operation. This is an onsite role, & you will work in the New York office full-time. #LI-Onsite


  • Collaborate cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, IT, Security, & Compliance
  • Establish integrations with distribution partners, inclusive of enrollment, plan benefit, & provider data
  • Build sales enablement processes & workflows for broker & captive sales teams via CRM infrastructure
  • Advocate for new tools to help drive profitable growth 
  • Manage sales vendor relationships & related budgets
  • Develop a high velocity Growth Operations Team


  • BS or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing sales operations teams at a high growth company
  • 6+ years of experience in Salesforce platform including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with API integrations, sFTP integrations, Salesforce AppExchange, & platforms that integrate with Salesforce such as JIRA, Confluence, & Google Drive
  • Experience with data manipulation via SQL & BigQuery along with dashboard visualization
  • Experience with external partner procurement & management

Bonus points:

  • MS in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or another relevant degree
  • Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Administrator
  • Healthcare experience & an understanding of distribution dynamics
