We are seeking an Operations leader to join our New York team & helps us scale from tens of thousands of cards to millions & beyond.  For the right individual, this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join & lead a company experiencing exponential growth.  As Petal's Operations leader, you'll lay Petal's operational foundation, developing robust operational processes to manage & operate the Petal credit card program, deliver against business goals, & create an incredible customer experience.  You'll have the opportunity to apply what you've learned in your career regarding best-in-class credit card operations, while leveraging Petal's modern technology stack & world-class software development capabilities.

This integral cross-functional role requires close collaboration with our Product, Customer Experience, Compliance, Risk, Finance, & Legal teams to design & implement scaleable operational policies, procedures & processes that drive efficiencies, fantastic customer experiences, & new business opportunity.  The Operations leader role reports directly to the CEO.
