We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join the London Landor & Fitch office.

Duties & Responsibilities

Landor & Fitch Fundamentals

  • Participates in multiple internal initiatives to help build our culture in support of our brand
  • Role model for others in terms of energy, optimism, & drive for result

Executive Administration

  • Acting as the first point of contact, interacting with senior management both internally & externally, maintaining close relationships with clients, partner agencies within the WPP network & all our studios worldwide
  • Managing the smooth & efficient running of a busy diary across several different time zones, ensuring that he/she is on time & armed with the correct information in advance any meeting or call
  • Managing all emails & responding where appropriate & creating a daily reminder on actionable emails
  • Planning extensive international travel
  • Managing all the correspondence & administration, including some personal work
  • Creating & producing presentations (advanced PowerPoint skills are essential)
  • Preparing a daily list of follow up/action items
  • Managing expenses where necessary
  • Draft communication & correspondence as & when required
  • Desk research as directed to support client assignments & speaking engagements
  • Liaising closely with the other PAs in the group

Qualifications & Skills

  • Solid career history with an outstanding attention to detail & proven problem solving ability
  • Ability to be resilient & tenacious
  • Ability to work fast & accurately under pressure & maintain a professional disposition at all times
  • Mature & effective communication skills both written & verbal
  • Willingness to take job ownership & to facilitate & see projects to completion with little direction & with flawless execution
  • Ability to maintain diplomacy & discretion at all times
  • Perseverance, patience & a sense of humor
  • An interest in the business evidenced by reading incoming material & thereby remaining informed as to the current issues


Required Experience

  • Experience as a well-versed PA
  • Previous experience as a senior PA in a professional agency/creative environment
  • Must be IT literate
  • Demonstrate advanced skills in Outlook, Excel (printing spreadsheets), PowerPoint & Word
  • Superior experience planning complex travel itineraries
  • Must have previously worked across international time zones
  • Taking & transcribing minutes of meetings (including Board meetings)
