CLEAR is looking for a Head of Digital Trust who will be responsible for driving growth & adoption of CLEARs core identity platform across consumer facing technology companies of all types. This person will play a central role in CLEARs continued growth trajectory, & were looking for a seasoned leader obsessed with the art of the possible & relentless execution to lead an area of growth that will be transformative for CLEARs continued success.


What You Will Do:

  • Act as a key player helping to define both our go-to-market strategy & our core identity capabilities - now & in the future - to accelerate the utility & acceptance network for the CLEAR identity
  • Leverage your deep expertise & industry knowledge in to originate & manage scaled business development opportunities at the most senior levels of partner companies
  • Grow & lead of team of highly skilled, metrics driven professionals to successfully drive adoption of CLEARs platform across the digital ecosystem
  • Prospect & build pipelines of prospective partners, articulate & evangelize the value of our identity platform & its evolving capabilities, contextualize its application, utility & functionality, & ultimately drive conversion & adoption by organizations & operators at scale, all with a consultative approach
  • Manage complex deal negotiations aimed at establishing the foundation for a strong working relationship with our partners, including sustainable economics for both parties
  • Deeply understand our potential partners challenges & needs, while collaborating with Product, Program & Engineering to inform our product roadmap in a way that drives continuous topline growth, deeper engagement & utilization, & continually improved experiences for our marketplace partners

Who You Are:

  • 15+ years professional experience, including business development, at a rapidly scaling technology company, ideally with a focus on innovation & growth at a market-leading product (SaaS) organization (added bonus: familiarity with identity-related products & problems)
  • Dexterity interfacing with a complex array of stakeholders at partner companies across functions including c-suite executives, product, technology, privacy, security, marketing & finance
  • Experience negotiating complex deal structures for technology products with savvy counterparts to create mutual value
  • Track record of success growing & leading a team, demonstrated through specific metrics & performance numbers
  • Self-starter who is maniacally focused on execution, exceeding expectations & building authentic relationships in order to consistently over achieve no matter your task
  • Youre mission-centric & motivated by a deep sense of personal ownership; passionate about performance metrics, KPIs & a culture of accountability
  • A lockstep vision of CLEARs potential to disrupt this space
