To support Guardant Health's leadership in disruption of cancer treatments, the product team is looking for an energetic leader to manage scope, requirements & prioritization for our CRM software platform that is instrumental in Guardant Health's delivered value to customers. The role will include support for client information management, system & data integration across systems such as LIMS, ERP & Portal as well as integration with third party systems.

The software product management team engages with company stakeholders, internal system users & leadership to identify opportunities for enterprise-level business process optimization, unmet needs & system features that will result in positive impact to the organization. Efforts include assessing critical business needs, identifying, evaluating, designing & implementing new or streamlined software systems to support the company. The work can range from operational improvements, new product launches, 3rd party integrations, business analytics & broad enterprise system changes. These business systems are critical to achieving new or expanded business opportunities, optimizing business operations, utilization of corporate resources & accurate business reporting.

The strategy of this team is to be a center for business process excellence for the organization. Our team provides process improvement expertise, business analysis, business operations know-how & stakeholder management across the enterprise. We strive to guarantee successful implementation, scalability & sustainability for internal & external initiatives that benefit patients, clients, internal users & the company.

Job Description


  • Work with senior leadership to define goals & objectives for programs related to the CRM platform
  • Gather user needs, problem statements & feedback from end-users, stakeholders & technical team members in order to translate them into feature definitions, requirements, designs & process improvements for development teams
  • Provide regular status updates to management & stakeholders on program progress, delays, changes & successful implementations
  • Own the backlog of work for development & apply best practices to prioritize the work that will provide the best impactful benefit to the organization for the resource investment
  • Be well versed in best practices & systems for client data management, key business processes such as client onboarding, sales operations & data governance
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to help coordinate software development timelines with broader programs


In addition, you bring:

10+ years of software product management and/or analyst experience

Experience working with CRM systems a must

Experience with SalesForce and/or Veeva is a plus

Understanding of software development lifecycle

Experience working with cross-functional teams

Strong organizational & communication skills

Attention to detail

Experience working with data warehouse systems is a plus

Experience in diagnostics and/or healthcare companies is a plus

Experience in regulated environments (e.g. FDA, CLIA, GCP, etc.) is a plus

Bachelor's degree
