As Appians Director of Demand Generation, youll be leading Appians digital presence & growth across various platforms for the APAC region. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital marketing guru who is interested in working in a collaborative team environment at a fast-growing company. About the Role:

  • Help to develop & execute the digital marketing plan, working in close alignment with Corporate Marketing, as well as APAC RVP, Account Executives & Business Development Representatives
  • Support corporate digital advertising campaigns, including paid search, social, display, email & video campaigns to drive a large percentage of the regions inbound lead flow
  • Understand & communicate marketing strategy, value proposition, positioning & messaging to regional Sales Executives so that they are aware, knowledgeable & enabled with the latest & most powerful content for effective use in sales cycles
  • Develop & execute account-based marketing activities to align with account specific territory plans & enable lead generation activities for the region
  • Regularly manage & review campaign performance metrics with key stakeholders, including leads & ROI by campaign, channel, & source
  • Manage day-to-day relationship with the PR agency, with the Corporate Communication Teams guidance, with the objective to strengthen the companys brand position in APAC
  • Maintain internal media spend tracking documents & regular reporting of paid digital media channel performance
  • Help plan & execute joint marketing programs with key partners, track & report on key performance metrics & analyze the results of launched initiatives
  • Coordinate & carry out project deliverables on schedule & to budget
  • Event management as needed
  • Ability to travel if required

About You:

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • 8+ years Digital Marketing experience within an Enterprise Software environment
  • Confident with digital media performance KPIs & optimisations
  • Experienced in crafting results-driven marketing campaigns & programs
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign) web content management systems & email marketing platforms
  • Proven success in working collaboratively with Sales
  • Critical thinking, problem solving skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Experienced in managing vendor relationships
  • Experienced in using CRM & Marketing Automation systems/tools
