Partnering with the largest real estate developers in the world, Hello Alfreds footprint has grown rapidly in the last three years & currently operates in more than 20 markets across the United States, offering an ever-expanding roster of services & experiences to provide help & enhance the lives of residents. The role of Marketing Manager will design & execute marketing strategies that drive resident enrollment & service adoption, building sustained relationships with residents.

In this role, you will drive growth for the business by leveraging & building meaningful customer experiences & email best practices to create value for our customers. We're looking for someone who is data-driven but creative, has built new campaigns from scratch, thrives in a fast paced environment, & has successfully executed complex lifecycle email campaigns. . You will rely on data & testing to find new ways to drive upgrades, usage & retention through emails, app messaging & other marketing avenues you uncover. 

How you'll help us to be successful

  • Craft & implement campaigns through planning, development & execution, resolving campaign issues to ensure they deliver on the campaign plan & meet or exceed goals
  • Champion best-in-class conversion & retention practices, from email deliverability & CTAs, to automation
  • Partner with leaders & stakeholders across the organization to plan & execute on campaign needs
  • Define & oversee intake process & rigorous Q/A standards
  • Lead & grow a high performing team of up-and-coming marketers
  • Manage relationship with & budgeting for email & marketing automation vendors
  • Lead the selection & implementation of CRM platforms
  • Collaborate with in-house creative & content teams to develop best in class templates
  • Ensure CRM campaigns support larger marketing & business objectives, maintaining a consistent brand experience across all channels
  • Liaise with Customer Operations to ensure a seamless experience for all users
  • Provide operational support for customer data initiatives

Who you are

  • 5+ years digital marketing experience, with demonstrated success delivering complex multi-channel CRM campaigns
  • Proven success building scalable, broad reach email acquisition & onboarding programs to maximize engagement
  • Experience using multiple channels (email, web, push, in-app messaging, & digital media) to communicate to customer base
  • Extensive experience using ESPs, Marketing Automation & other CRM platforms
  • Familiarity with relational databases & proficiency in HTML preferred
