**Considering candidates in San Mateo, Santa Barbara, or US-based remote**

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive Evidations corporate strategy & development initiatives. The position will report to the office of the CEO.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own & drive the corporate development planning process aligned with corporate strategy
  • Identify potential targets & develop relationships
  • Collaborate with Finance to build transaction models
  • Lead the end-to-end process for executing acquisitions
  • Work closely with business unit owners & align corporate development efforts across the company
  • Identify & manage critical partnerships
  • Triage, develop, & refer potential partners to business units within the company

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 12-15 years work experience in business development and/or strategy
  • Excellent communication & sales skills
  • Strategic relationship management
  • Strategic thinking & creative problem solving

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Digital health experience & deep knowledge of industry -- specifically biopharma
  • Comprehensive understanding of the pharma, payer, & provider dynamic
  • Prior corporate strategy & M&A experience
