Role Mission:

Build & lead the commercial recruiting function at Capsule while executing the talent acquisition strategy for our fast growing commercial teams. Partner with Capsules Head of Commercial to understand & anticipate hiring needs, & align team to successfully achieve hiring goals.

Some of the things youll work on:

  • Hire & build Capsules first Commercial Recruiting function from scratch
  • Build capabilities to allow Commercial Recruiting team to build & maintain robust candidate pipelines for sales related roles
  • Coach & mentor a team of commercial recruiters
  • Ensure Commercial Recruiting team is meeting established KPIs & pacing towards hiring goals
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process for key roles within the commercial team
  • Understand the digital health industry & come up with creative ways to engage with A+ commercial talent
  • Be a strategic partner to commercial leaders by providing compensation advice, market insights, & develop strategies to improve offer acceptance rates
  • Maintain data integrity practices & provide insights to business leaders in order to elevate & improve recruiting process & strategies

About You:

  • You have a bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • You have 7-10 years of recruiting experience
  • You have 2-4 years of people management experience
  • You have a track record for building & growing high performance recruiting teams
  • You possess proven success hiring A+ sales talent
  • You are an excellent communicator & have the ability to partner with executive team
  • You have experience using recruiting metrics to identify problems, provide insights, & drive decisions
  • You are well-versed in recruiting practices & tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, G Suite, etc.)
  • You are passionate about healthcare & our mission to improve the pharmacy experience
