THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Fitness Partner Sales Director to our Partnerships team in London! 

YOUR IMPACT

Reporting to the European VP of Partnerships, you will be responsible for leading the Partnerships Acquisition / Sales team in the UK, focusing on growing & developing & increasing the number of premier wishlist gyms available on Gympass. 

  • Lead the Partnership Sales team in the UK, working closely with the Partnership Success team Director
  • Set the strategic agenda of the Partnership acquisition team in EU, including setting goals & objectives according to corporate targets
  • Identification of potential growth opportunities. Develop & manage forecast for all wish list acquisition in the UK, with a special focus on game-changers (T1 accounts)
  • Understand the organization's global strategy & use this knowledge cross-functionally to help increase our value to our partners
  • Set activities & priorities for members of the team. Set performance goals, regularly track performance & hold the team accountable for results
  • Enjoy developing team members in skills & professional development
  • Achieve & maintain the positioning of Gympass as corporate leader in its sector through opening new wishlist partners 
  • Facilitating & leading key meetings with partners across a broad scope, encompassing introductions, commercial agreements, planning & projects
  • Ensuring clarity & accuracy of information flowing to & from the supplier & the subsequent communications to the client base

 WHO YOU ARE

  • A goal-oriented professional with 7+ years in a sales position
  • You have a strong commercial & business development background and Energetic passion for the fitness & wellness industry
  • Strategic mindset with outstanding commercial skills
  • Flexible, resourceful & able to multitask while establishing priorities & providing solutions
  • Experience leading teams. Good communication & leadership skills, as well as diplomatic & tactful
  • Capable of influencing broad audiences by simplifying complex messages & effectively presenting proposals
  • Conflict management, addressing conflicts proactively using negotiation & influencing skills to effectively resolve conflict externally and/or internally
  • Brilliant negotiating skills & strict with the completion of timeframes & milestones within complex negotiations.
