What the role is
Drizly is growing its Retailer Account team & is looking for a qualified candidate to work with existing Drizly retail partners with the intent of increasing customer retention & boosting retailer performance. Applicants must have a minimum of 1-2 years prior experience in a customer service related position.
People who do well as an Account Coordinator are authentic, curious, carry a can-do attitude, & find it exciting to strategically service & develop the markets in which Drizly operates. You will be responsible for supporting & training our retailers, assisting them with their needs, & communicating their feedback purposefully & tactfully across Drizly departments. You will also be responsible for sharing market changes & performance metrics internally & across the broader Operations team.
