We are looking for an experienced Recruiting Lead to support & grow our Corporate & Field Operations teams. As we continue to scale, your role is critical in helping us to achieve our mission of changing the world with human powered technology.
You will build a best-in-class talent program, focused on candidate experience, communication, & the successful onboarding of our new hires. You will work with our current Talent team to optimize our use of Greenhouse & other Talent management systems.
How youll help us to be successful
- Practice full lifecycle recruiting to build our corporate & field operations teams
- Partner with hiring managers to understand strategic objectives & identify recruiting strategies to address them
- Craft hiring plans for a consistent interview experience
- Foster relationships with candidates, hiring managers, & business partners
- Support candidates & hiring managers during the offer process
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience & act as brand ambassador when representing Hello Alfred
- Continuously work on ways to improve the recruiting process & candidate experience. Stay up to date on creative recruiting trends & practices.

What Youll Need
- 3+ years experience in Talent Acquisition & or a related field
- Technical recruiting experience a plus
- Management experience a plus
- Experience working at an early to mid-size stage startup
- Bachelors degree required
- Hospitable & positive attitude
- Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities at once, while consistently meeting deadlines
