Jetty is looking for a VP of Marketing who will play a critical role in driving the continued growth & direction of the company. We are a new financial services company for everyday renters & property managers. We give renters easier & more affordable access to rental homes, while helping property managers drive occupancy, reduce costs, & streamline operations.

In this role, you will manage the development & optimization of a B2B2C marketing function, with the ultimate goal of overall topline growth. You will oversee the strategy & execution of all marketing activities, inclusive of acquisition & demand generation, retention, brand, & product marketing. With a customer focus & a data-driven approach, you will drive measurable business results for both the short & long term, while building a distinctive & lasting consumer brand.

You will design, build, & manage a world-class, highly analytical marketing organization that puts a deep understanding of customers & their journeys at the foundation of its work. Leveraging your extensive expertise, you will guide the team & cross-functional collaborators to not only drive growth, but also to architect systems for continued engagement & increasing LTV. Curiosity, deep exposure to marketing analytics, & a comfort launching new or experimental tactics will be required for success. As a key leader in this high-growth environment, you bring the right mix of strategic vision & rigorous execution. This position reports to the Co-Founder & President in our NYC headquarters.


  • B2B Demand Generation: Support the Director of Growth (your report) to drive the strategy & execution of B2B channel partner acquisition & activation (our main go-to-market vector) in partnership with the VP of Sales
  • Product Marketing & Sales Enablement: Articulate & implement our product messaging & go-to-market strategy across all channels & product lines, current & future
  • Marketing Strategy: Partner closely with Finance, as well as your peers on the broader Exec Team, to set revenue goals & targets, track financial performance, & strategically manage the Marketing P&L for results
  • Marketing Operations: Oversee the creation of a world-class marketing & data tech stack to help us communicateand interact with leads & customers programmatically and at scale
  • Brand Marketing, Content Marketing, & PR/Comms: Support the Director of Brand & Editorial (your report) in better defining our brand tenets & positioning; designing the strategy & execution of our content marketing play; & driving corporate communications
  • Creative Services & Field Marketing: Support the Director Brand & Editorial (your report) to deliver world-class creative materials across all formats (including event production), & in partnership with the VP of Design
  • Insights & Research: Build a Consumer / Partner Insights function from the ground up using proven qualitative & quantitative market research practices
  • Consumer Lifecycle Marketing: Build & implement our end consumer retention & engagement strategies, systems, & campaigns
  • People Management: Design a Marketing organization that will support our business goals; lead & motivate a high-performing team
  • Company Strategy: Along with the rest of the Exec Team, & in partnership with the Founders, drive the Companys overall strategy for both the short & long term


  • Deep functional & team management experience
  • Experience working closely with a Sales team to power a B2B strategy
  • Significant past experience running & managing programs across a breadth of channels (paid & unpaid; online & offline), & targeting a complex audience
  • Operational expertise in building/running or overseeing efficient, measurable, & scalable customer acquisition & retention programs
  • Experience launching & managing marketing automation campaigns
  • Experience directing the efforts of & applying the results of marketing analytics & customer insights functions (segmentation, testing, etc.)
  • Strong familiarity with relevant functional tools, processes, systems, & solutions, including success architecting & implementing new ones
  • Deep connectivity to the broader marketing community (peer leaders, vendors, etc.) as a way of magnifying your own capabilities
  • Reporting expertise as a way to influence, innovate & drive change
