IT Support Specialist Role
As Petal's IT Support Specialist, you will help build & maintain the tools & infrastructure that keep our office(s) running smoothly & help increase our overall productivity. You should be able to support all things IT in our fast-paced, scrappy, & quickly scaling environment. You will own, develop, & refine various IT processes - anything from helping to setup our new hires with the right equipment, to establishing policies around IT Security. We are looking for a self-starter who works well both independently, with little-to-no direction, & also collaboratively as an integral part of our dynamic & growing team.
Travel to Richmond, VA on a monthly basis may be required.
