The Squarespace Finance team is looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to lead Revenue forecasting & analysis for several of our Squarespace products. You will partner with our Product & Marketing organizations to explore a range of business questions & identify areas for growth, helping the company to achieve its financial & operational goals through data & sophisticated analysis.

You will build & analyzing complex financial models & present insights to senior leadership to create understanding across the organization & inform important decisions. You will dig into challenges, including routine operations, forecasting, & special projects, to connect the dots & draw valuable insights for the business. You will also work with the leaders on your partner teams to identify risks & opportunities & develop action plans to address.

You will report into the FP&A Director of Revenue & be based in our New York headquarters.

You'll Get To

  • Own the Revenue forecast & related metrics for several of Squarespace's products
  • Partner with Product teams to evaluate the business impact of new Product initiatives & help with Product roadmap prioritization.
  • Partner with Marketing teams to evaluate the consumer funnel & lifecycle to forecast subscription growth & identify risks & opportunities.
  • Apply judgment & financial insights to develop recommendations & influence decision-making related to new initiatives, products, pricing, & other business opportunities.
  • Oversee, scale & improve all product P&L's & financial metrics.
  • Lead the annual planning process for several SQSP Products, partnering with business teams to understand strategic initiatives, growth levers, & planned investments.
  • Build financial models, run scenario analysis & provide data analytics to identify areas of risk & opportunity
  • Create & deliver financial & operational metrics promptly to support management & board reporting
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency of existing processes & propose improvements to streamline the use of key metrics

Who We're Looking For

  • 8+ years experience in financial planning & analysis, especially for SaaS businesses, with 3+ years managerial experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent experience
  • Mastery of Excel (can perform complex functions & build forecasting models)
  • Experience presenting complex financial information in a clear way
  • Experience managing complex projects & multiple timelines, prioritizing team resources & time to achieve desired objectives
  • You can break down complex problems, prioritize outcomes, & develop action plans to close gaps
  • Attention to detail & willingness to dig into the numbers to gain insights
  • Experience with P&L components & unit economics
  • Leader who can mentor analysts to empower their personal development & future career growth.

Cash Compensation Range: $105,000 - $227,000 USD

The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, & location, among other factors.

In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), all Squarespace employees are eligible to receive equity in the company as part of their total compensation.
