The Senior Product Manager is responsible for the planning, prioritization, and execution of successful products & initiatives. This includes understanding & prioritizing product & customer needs, defining product goals, & working closely with engineering, design, vendors, & stakeholders to bring solutions to market. This role will focus on enhancing our real-time capabilities for marketing with a heavy focus on implementing solutions with our customer data platform. The Senior Product Manager ensures successful product performance through market analysis, a deep understanding of customer needs, & objective data analysis & reporting.

Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Identify, shape, and ensure execution of new products and product initiatives related to real-time data & FanDuels customer data platform
  • Establish & maintain domain expertise on the product, market, competitors & FanDuels real-time data architecture
  • Assess product opportunities and contribute meaningfully to vision and prioritization of new initiatives & products in the real-time space
  • Ensure transparency and alignment across the company, bridging the gap between product & other functions 
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operational functions to ensure successful product deliveries and launches  
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute post-launch optimizations & improvements 
  • Establish, track & report objectively on product performance metrics 
  • Opportunity to identify, grow, & develop top talent on the Product team 

What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Bachelors degree preferred  
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager  
  • Proven track record of delivering successful & innovative products 
  • Proven track record of working with customer data platforms to implement innovative & scalable solutions
  • Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects while effectively balancing scope, resourcing, time, & quality. 
  • A strong sense of ownership & accountability for goals & deliverables 
  • Demonstrated success cross-functionally influencing teams without formal authority 
  • Excellent numerical & analytical skills with the ability to interpret data quickly to inform the right decisions 
  • Excellent critical thinking skills 
  • Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
