Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, the Sr. Visual Designer will serve as the creative lead to amplify the Tubular brand & vision. In this role you will showcase a proven design aesthetic to maintain Tubular's presence as a trusted leader in social video measurement for media, brands, & agencies. You will guide ideation & design processes & ultimately create visually-rich & engaging experiences across all marketing channels.
 
Responsibilities:
      Lead the brand design & the look & feel of all assets created within the marketing organization.
      Own the brand guidelines & oversee adherence to standards across all company applications.
      Lead the design for the company website, blog, emails, ads & social media including maintenance, optimization, & demand generation best practices.
      Maintain global brand style & guidelines.
      Be a strategic partner to the rest of the marketing organization & the company to deliver high quality, brand-driven assets.
      Propose ways to improve visual design, motion design, & content strategy; develop processes to increase efficiency & remove obstacles for the team.
      Collaborate with writers, marketing managers, & product marketing to develop concepts.
      Develop visually compelling strategic campaigns that highlight how we help our customers.
      Transform pieces of data to generate visually compelling insights that tell a story.
      Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
      5+ years of experience in a design role working in a creative agency or company's marketing communications team.
      Strong portfolio showcasing excellence in storytelling, cultural relevance, & visual design. Portfolio must include processes & outcomes.
      Ability to clearly communicate concepts & design rationale.
      Previous experience using multiple online channels to generate demand & interest.
      Experience leading discussions & overcoming challenging situations relying on strong project management skills.
      Have a flexible & open-mind with a collaborative approach to the design process.
      Possess the requisite skills for producing designs using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma.
      Must have strong best practices & display ability to stay ahead of web trends.
      Experience creating designs for a B2B SaaS company is a plus.
      Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Wordpress, Email Automation Tools (Pardot) & After Effects is a plus.
