A day in the life of our Implementation Manager:
Being directly in contact with our clients, you will be in charge of providing support in implementing our solution & configuring their accounts. With technical & excellent communication skills, you will establish a solid relationship with clients & contribute to fostering satisfaction with the use of our solutions. After a training period with the tools in place at Contentsquare, you will specifically be in charge of these exciting missions:
1. Setup & implement the Contentsquare tag
Taking part in the definition of tag specifications, you will be expected to write tag procedures, assist & follow the client in implementing the tag, & validate its implementation.
2. Configure client account
You will be in charge of the initial account configuration, by ensuring a high-quality setup & laying the ground for the clients when they will start using our solution.
3. Assist clients
You will support the clients' technical & setup inquiries in a timely manner.
4. Build & improve
From time to time, you will step back from the daily tasks to improve, create & challenge our existing tools, documentation, & process.
