This role is expected to work out of the NY office in a hybrid capacity
In this role, youll support a cross-company team in structuring & actioning against a growing CRM capability. The role will work specifically within a team built to cultivate & track top relationships across new business & talent but will also support across all VaynerX organizations in linking CRM capabilities.
With close links to senior leadership including CEO/Chairman, this role provides the opportunity to quickly build visibility into the various companies & workstreams across VaynerX. As part of a small & growing team, it provides the opportunity to shape processes going forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Playing a leadership role for all CRM activities & initiatives across VaynerX & its various entities
- Being a champion for effectiveness & how to develop a data-driven strategy for the CRM program- including KPIs to analyze the effectiveness of the program
- Own & maintain an up to date database of clients, prospects, & leads.
- Train & onboard VaynerX employees on how to utilize CRM
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience running CRM initiatives (SFDC Preferred)
- An analytical background with experience in reportng, data analysis, & database management. Tools include ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Tableau, SQL, & others
- Experience with integrating CRM systems with other software programs
- A curious mind who is excited by the opportunity to problem solve where established solutions dont exist
- A strong communicator who can understand & support a variety of teams
