  Role: Business Analyst & Outreach Coordinator (Part time, 3mo. intern) is a fast-paced, enterprise-focused tech startup based in SoHo, New York, New York.

We're looking for a sharp team player with an eagerness to contribute high-quality work as our Business Analyst & Outreach Coordinator. The ideal candidate for this position should be organized, adaptable, and excited to work within a highly dynamic start-up environment. As interfaces with high-profile, Fortune 1000 Executives, it is critical that the Analyst be highly attentive to detail and thoughtful with their every approach.

The Analyst will be responsible for directly supporting leadership on initiatives across numerous departments, though will focus the majority of their time on research, sales, and product-market fit. The Analyst will also play a strong role in identifying prospective customers, building outreach lists, crafting messaging and executing on outreach campaigns. The Analyst should have experience in tracking campaign success / responsiveness, both through marketing automation platforms and potentially through careful, manual tracking of any highly customized outreach.

As requirements come up and as skillset aligns, the Analyst may also have the opportunity to produce content (such as blogs, written material, or website language) to boost's thought leadership and recognition within the marketplace.

Required Skills / Attributes:

Excellent writing and editing skills (includes spelling and grammar)
Ability to manage frequent change in a highly adaptable startup environment
Ability to work quickly and accurately
Analytical skills -- must be comfortable organizing and analyzing data using Excel
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Internship or job experience in marketing or business-related positions is a plus
Knowledge of the tech / SaaS / AI marketplace is a plus


This position is located in our office in SoHo, New York, New York.


This is an hourly, part-time internship that will last 3 months with a potential extension. Candidate should expect to work 10-20 hours a week, flexible schedule. We welcome grad students currently completing education and/or recent grads. Pay will be based on your experience and qualifications.
