THE POSITION:
Our roster has an opening with your name on it
Youll be part of the team that owns, enhances & evolves Fanduel Casino. Ensuring the product meets both user & business needs to the highest standards. Working closely with Product Designers, UX Writers & Engineers to drive the product in new & innovative ways.
THE GAME PLAN:
Everyone on our team has a part to play
- Has wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts & industry best practice to identify & resolve complex issues in creative & effective ways
- Leads team projects & goals with high scope and/or ambiguity. Assignments/work is reviewed & evaluated in terms of meeting FanDuel's objectives & schedules. Provides collaborative & cross functional leadership to others within the organization. Key facilitator in ensuring projects are delivered & outcomes are measured
- Uses facilitation skills to engage cross-functional teams
- Explores new practices & contributes to defining team practices. Starts to improve processes, structures & governance
- Leads & facilitates stream/vertical meetings. Actively contributes to any level of meeting. Attends appropriate team leadership meetings
- Helps promote UX & Design at FanDuel externally. Participates in all stages of hiring process
- Receives coaching in behavioral skills. Actively coaches less experienced team members in technical & behavioral skills. Helping onboard new team members
- Invests significant time observing customers use products & validating ideas with them
