Who You Are Brightwheel is seeking an exceptional Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to drive department-level people strategy & serve as a trusted advisor across multiple teams, with special focus on our Engineering & Product functions. The right candidate can transition seamlessly from 1:1 coaching & employee relations to designing big picture structures & strategies. You believe that candor is kindness; you demonstrate empathy for all team members while balancing company goals.
