The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to Fanatics Holding Co. & it's executive team members, all based in New York, NY. This position will also provide critical support creating meeting collateral including PowerPoint presentations & will support special projects as needed.
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Provide high-level administrative support & assistance to Fanatics Holding Co. executive team, while maintaining professionalism & strict confidentiality.
•Perform administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, & other documents for senior staff.
•Manage complex calendars; schedule internal & external meetings both in-person & virtually on behalf of executives.
•Arrange domestic & international travel including; flights, rental cars, hotels, car services (where required), & dining arrangements.
•Perform office tasks including ordering supplies & assisting with department wide initiatives & events.
•Manage & coordinate interdepartmental communications between various members of the team.
•Prepare presentation decks in PowerPoint.
•Complete monthly expense reports for all supported executives.
•Provide ad hoc support for the office of the CFO as needed.
•Perform other related duties as assigned.
•High school diploma required.
•Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
•At least five years of related experience in an office environment providing executive and/or administrative support reporting directly to senior management required.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
•Minimum of 5 years supporting multiple executives
•Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
•Excellent organizational skills & meticulous attention to detail.
•Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to multitask while meeting deadlines. Independent learner & flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable & enjoys a challenge.
•Proactive problem-solving skills; doesn't get discouraged by adversity & understands how to navigate many personalities.
•Ability to think creatively & help contribute to company strategy & improve day to day operational challenges.

•Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs including; Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint with the ability to learn new or updated software.
•General technological & video conferencing systems skills.
•Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, & record keeping systems.
•Able to type minimum of 50 words per minute.
This job will require a hybrid work schedule where generally, employees are expected to be in the office at least 3 days per week.
