Warby Parker is searching for a dynamic, motivated Strategy Coordinator to help our organization achieve long-term sustainable growth. In this role, youll support our efforts to continually disrupt our industry while iterating on our own practices. Youll have the opportunity to assist the Strategy team both in executing our strategic planning process & in coordinating various research projects. Sound interesting? Read on!

What youll do:

  • Organize annual & quarterly executive events as part of our strategic planning process
  • Partner with our Finance & Talent teams to support strategic planning logistics & communication across all departments (e.g., assist with document creation & consolidation, meeting coordination, & task management)
  • Support the execution of new strategic projects
  • Manage project communication with business partners across the organization
  • Coordinate opportunistic & strategic business development activities & assist in related research, analysis, & follow-up efforts

Who you are:

  • Backed by 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Known for your sharp attention to detail & organizational prowess
  • A kind, empathetic communicator (online, in person, via carrier pigeon!) with excellent listening skills
  • Intellectually curious & eager to learn
  • A strong collaborator whos comfortable working with people of all skill sets & specialties
  • Comfortable juggling various tasks at once
  • Not on the Office of Inspector Generals List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Extra credit:

  • Experience in event planning & coordinating
  • Project management experience
  • Experience in planning or administering consumer testing or scientific research
