Taboola seeks HR People Analyst in Los Angeles, CA, responsible for providing research, analysis & reporting to ensure the organization remains competitive in the areas of compensation & equity & is proactive in all reporting requirements & needs.

Specific job duties include: (1) supporting the Director Total Rewards & Talent Acquisition teams to assess jobs & their respective duties to determine appropriate salary range using the organizations compensation philosophy & pay scales guidelines; (2) reviewing & leveling positions using the companys career framework & ensuring alignment with the companys organizational structure; (3) managing merit reward & other compensation change processes with data analysis to ensure timely & accurate delivery; (4) supporting team with equity-related research as needed to help determine changes or updates to the organizations existing rewards & related policies; (5) preparing & presenting summary reports of job analysis & compensation analysis information; (6) using spreadsheet & data analysis techniques to assess results & external market trends; (7) creating, supporting & maintaining KPI reports & dashboards for Compensation, Equity, & Payroll Analyze total rewards data & generating useful conclusions & actionable recommendations for HR, management & business users.

Minimum Requirements:       Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related; 2 years of experience with employee compensation data management, analysis, & reporting, including specific experience analyzing external market data for employee rewards, compensation, & equity; knowledge of SEC reporting requirements in the domain of employee compensation.
