As an Account Coordinator, you play a critical role in executing business for our merchant partners. Youll work hand-in-hand with Account Managers & operational teams to ensure merchants needs are met. This includes orchestrating the initial on-boarding set-up for multi-location partners, aiding in creation/analyzing of reporting, preparing presentation decks, & more. This role provides experience in key high-level Account Management skills, therefore providing an excellent opportunity to grow within our Account Management division at Postmates.   • Launch brand partnerships on a national scale
  • Learn reporting systems/processes to provide Account Managers insight into the health & growth of their partnered accounts
  • Assist key partners with operational & growth strategies to increase sales
  • Identify risks & opportunities across portfolio
  • Prepare merchant presentations for Account Managers Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Work cross-functionally with product managers, sellers, & account managers to identify areas of opportunity in process flow
  • Meet quarterly/annual project-based goals
  • Assist key partners with operational & growth strategies to increase sales
  • Recurring account management shadowing & training with the goal of advancing through the Account Management organization


  • GSuite / MS Office proficiency, particularly with spreadsheets
  • Solid work ethic This includes good attendance, the ability to follow procedures, & excellent organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, or other CRM tools
  • Excellent communication skills through various digital communication including email & over the phone
  • Excellent time management skills & the ability to multi-task while upholding a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to pull/create reports & analyze data
  • Demonstrated excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with superior project management skills


  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Bachelor's degree
