Video Editor

Magnet Media is looking for a talented, passionate, versatile video producer who can cover both the videographer & editor roles on our  production team. The ideal candidate will bring experience from across the spectrum of digital video production & post-production: from run-and-shoot, one day turnaround projects to implementing your high-level post-production skills including audio sweetening, design & motion graphics & basic animation during post.

Experience required: 

• Develop video content for web & social media platforms 
  
• Ability to create/edit in industry standard editing programs including Adobe Premiere and/or Final Cut Pro
• Ability to create motion graphics & visual effects in Adobe After Effects or other standard programs
  

Ideal candidate has:

• Degree in a Video Production, Animation, Design or Media related field
• Experience in one or more of the following sectors: finance, technology, B2B
• A portfolio that demonstrates an ability to turn raw ideas into compelling content
• Streamlining video post-production workflows for high output
• Experience with video capture of C-Suite executives
• Proven experience creating compelling video content for the web
• Strong communication skills, process oriented, & attention to detail
• Motivated, self-starter, demonstrated ability to multi-task & work independently
