We're looking for a hands-on Sales Operations leader to support the next phase of hyper growth.  You'll play a pivotal role in designing & implementing scalable solutions & processes, while partnering with cross-functional teams in a fun & collaborative environment.   The ideal candidate is passionate about providing solutions to complex problems, can situationally operate tactically & strategically, is biased towards action, & has worked for a high-growth emerging company.  This role is based in London but can be remote.   

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

Leading the EMEA Sales Ops function in support of the EMEA region, while partnering closely with the local sales team

In close collaboration with EMEA sales leaders, drive improvements in sales forecast accuracy & cadence

Territory management support including optimization of account & contact data integrity, market segmentation, & TAM analysis   

Deal desk support

Insightful analytics to drive business performance & desired outcomes

Liaise with Enablement leader & SFDC technical lead to identify improvement opportunities in sales enablement & technical solutions on behalf of the EMEA sales team

Assistance in GTM annual planning in territory design, capacity, sales compensation, quota assignment, pipeline targets, etc.  

We'd love to meet someone who possesses:

5+ years experience in Sales or Revenue Operations
Deep understanding of SFDC & sales technology
Experience working in a SaaS environment
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of an organization
Ability to manage & multi-task across multiple projects & teams
Experience working with remote teams
Excellent leadership, communication & coaching skills
