Given our unique relationships with residents, Alfred launched the high-impact opportunity for brands to market to consumers authentically within their homes.  With a rapidly expanding footprint across 20 U.S. cities, were unlocking a channel for brands to tell their stories in the context of resident lives & efficiently put products in the hands of consumers.  The critical role of Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing & executing partnerships & campaigns on behalf of brand clients in support of Alfreds brand sponsorship sales goals.

How youll help us to be successful 

As the Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for pre-sale ideation & creating pitches & proposals to sell marketing opportunities that leverage Alfreds unique in-home marketing capabilities. Key aspects of this role include:

  • Working with Partnerships & Sales, develop pitch presentations & marketing proposals for prospective brand clients & agencies with a focus on creative thinking & resident experience
  • Understand brand client business needs that match with Alfred capabilities including in-home promotion, sampling, & experiential programming
  • Develop the executional for brand campaigns, including timelines & creative briefs
  • Create post-campaign recap materials, including analysis of performance data
  • Leverage campaign wins to inform brand category development, sales growth strategies & high-value pipeline development

Who you are

  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in Brand Marketing or Advertising Sales at a publisher, agency or brand client
  • Strong track record in thriving in a hyper-growth environment with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach
  • Exceptional resourcefulness, organizational, & problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to multi-task & close the loop ensuring strong relationships & lines of communication
  • Coachability, bias towards implementing feedback, & dedication to improving your craft - our team thrives on feedback & improvement through reflection
