Member Services is responsible for building customer loyalty by providing quality, efficient, & scalable support when & where customers need it. This spans both buyer & seller, reactive & proactive, & 1:1 & self-service support channels. We are the frontline of the marketplace.

As the Product Support Specialist within Member Services, you are a key connection between Member Services & our Product & Engineering organizations. You manage relationships & the flow of information. This works both downstream to ensure that Member Services has a consistent & comprehensive support plan for Etsy product initiatives throughout their lifecycle, as well as upstream to be Member Services' Voice of the Customer,” reporting on impactful CX insights, sentiment, & opportunities. There will be occasional travel to our Hudson, NY office.

This role is based in our Brooklyn HQ office.
