Job Description

Hyperscience is looking for its first Director of Employee Experience to join our People team. The Director of Employee Experience will build & lead the function that ensures every employee has a meaningful work experience & is engaged, happy, & comfortable in their work environment. She/he will own employee experience & engagement, office experience as well as the company's people business partner function. This role will report to the VP of People, & will partner closely with business leaders across all functions. 

The People team enables Hyperscience to thrive by empowering our people to become their best. The team is split into four verticals: Employee Experience, People Operations, Recruiting, & Talent Development.
