We are looking for a Manager of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to join our growing marketing team. You will help shape & execute organic search & website conversion strategies across various products & services including CLEAR Plus (consumer B2C), TSA PreCheck Powered by CLEAR, & CLEAR Platform (B2B). You will partner with key internal stakeholders to engage prospects & customers, drive profitable outcomes, & keep pace with the ever-evolving requirements to win in organic search & prospect conversion. You will also be responsible for tracking & reporting traffic, ranking, keyword, & other KPI insights to drive SEO decisions, while serving as our SEO subject matter expert.  


What You Will Do:

  • Work closely with the Lifecycle & Performance marketing teams to define & meet SEO & website KPIs for various products across the business
  • Analyze, identify & manage SEO & website initiatives & opportunities
  • Lead A/B testing on our website to optimize the quality & quantity of our traffic 
  • Build & maintain weekly, monthly & quarterly SEO & website reports tracking content performance, traffic analytics & search trends
  • Provide insight that will grow search traffic to our various product pages
  • Track keyword phrases & pages across our sites
  • Stay up-to-date on latest algorithm updates, new tools, industry trends & news
  • Implement keyword research
  • Support technical audits & monitor websites to ensure all sites are following SEO & web best practices

Who You Are:

  • 7+ years of experience with a minimum of 3 years related experience in Organic Search/SEO, B2C
  • Committed to presenting a compelling story & actionable insights with data
  • Passion for problem-solving & curiosity-driven approach to research
  • Experience with working in content management systems 
  • A collaborative & proactive team player
  • Familiarity with SQL
  • Knowledge & proficiency with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, Data Visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc)
  • Expert user with Google Analytics, Google Search Console
  • Strong understanding of HTML & JavaScript
