Product Management at Petal

We're looking for extraordinary product managers excited about the opportunity to reinvent consumer financial services. As a member of our early team, you'll have the ability to grow quickly with the organization & work on product strategy, user research, design, development, implementation & product improvement end-to-end.
The Product Manager, Payments will be responsible for making sure our members have a secure & seamless experience using their Petal cards to pay merchants & paying their credit card statements. You will own the end-to-end experience, including both the consumer-facing experience & back-end processing. As a Product Manager, you will identify ways to automate existing manual processes, implement controls, & create a roadmap for statementing, ACH payment, collections, real-time payment alerts, chargeback processing, digital wallet integrations, etc. Additionally, you can expect to be involved in managing integrations with third party vendors & working collaboratively with the internal team, especially our operations specialists & platform engineers.
