Twilio is growing rapidly & seeking an Industry Analyst Relations Manager to build on the foundation that we have established with a broad range of analysts & other influencers. We are a diverse business with a variety of use cases that require us to engage with & influence analysts in domains including contact center, communications platform as a service, security, application development & delivery, messaging, IoT & more. We also are well positioned to address vertical domains including healthcare, financial services, retail & other use cases with our portfolio.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business or comparable field
- 5+ years' experience in sales, product marketing, communications, or public relations a plus
- Proven experience building communication capabilities as well as the ability to improve processes & organizational structure
- Comfort & familiarity with a fast-paced environment
- Strong, persuasive social skills enabling your influence at all levels
- Clear, strong, detailed writing skills
- Relationship builder; dynamic, proactive, respected; good listener; values input & stimulates candid dialogue; positive demeanor & a sense of humor
- Bias to action; a positive self-starter who can build a highly motivational environment around themselves

The Analyst Relations team is central to Twilio's continued growth into the enterprise. We work closely with senior leadership & product teams to engage with the worlds leading industry influencers. We lead all aspects of identifying, evaluating, & participating in key industry analyst evaluations that influence sales & have a significant impact on the overall direction of the company.
