Peloton seeks an organized, results driven Administrator, Global Music Business Relations (GMBR) to assist with & support the teams creation & implementation of a go-forward global licensing roadmap, which will allow for the most effective deployment of music throughout Pelotons ecosystem! The Administrator will be a key member of the team working to enhance the value of our music solution for our Members, & supporting the development of strategies with our global music partners to best support the near- & long-term plans of the business.

They will provide organizational & administrative support for the myriad negotiations with licensing partners as our business continues to scale in size & geography, & will play a key role in supporting management of Pelotons relationships with all music licensing partners.  They will also play a leading role in developing & maintaining related databases, document & payment trackers & other key day-to-day operational aspects of the GMBR teams responsibilities, including support for development of regular business reviews for music publishers, labels, & PROs. In addition, they will provide a limited amount of administrative support for the VP, GMBR.

The role features heavy engagement with systems & data to digest & synthesize information & glean insights. You will also help us meet deadlines & maintain a high level of data hygiene & reliability; you will help us ensure that we are meeting reporting & other obligations to our varied constituencies.

Key internal clients outside the Music team include our broader Content team as well as the Finance, Legal, & Product teams.  In addition, the Administrator will function as a key contact & resource for the vendors working with us on music tracking & reporting as well as a subset of music licensor inquiries. The role will report to Pelotons VP, GMBR.


  • Work under the direction of the VP, GMBR to support the development & identification of business strategies & objectives
  • Synthesize partner, market, & industry data to assist in the identification of key insights relevant to Pelotons music strategy
  • Support management & tracking of overall licensing negotiations
  • Assist in the preparation of agendas & presentations for key partner (Label, Publisher, PRO) business reviews & other meetings
  • Serve as a valued point of contact for our Content, Legal, Production, Finance, & Product teams for ongoing initiatives, presentations, & other music-related analyses
  • Support Pelotons overall content strategy & help fulfill the business short & long-term goals  
  • Act as a primary stakeholder for & manage the database of licenses for music rights & help track related payments 


  • A thorough understanding of the music rights landscape
  • 2+ years of experience with music data & metadata administration & analysis
  • Enthusiasm for organization & administration of data & information
  • Skills with MS Excel, PowerPoint & Google Docs; Looker experience is a plus
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced & collaborative environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Music Business Affairs or related financial analysis experience
