As a Senior Business Operations Specialist, youll be responsible for supporting the operations of our sales automation program partnering closely with sales, operations, & product leadership. You are someone who is always looking for a way to improve processes - efficiency, cost, revenue, speed - then this role is perfect for you. Were looking for a self-starter who can jump in without being asked, who is adaptable to change, & who is comfortable in a Startup Environment.

What you will do:

  • Oversee & manage day-to-day operations of our sales automation program including lead nurturing, assignment & reporting
  • Work with cross-functional partners to identify opportunities for Sales Automation & strategize to create effective external communications
  • Build & implement new custom campaigns aimed to meet the needs of high-level business initiatives 
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales automation strategies, processes, & campaigns, & input changes as needed in a timely manner 
  • Own the detailed documentation of current & future operational processes to be used by cross-functional partners (i.e Sales, Supply, Engineering, Marketing), document ongoing changes to ensure alignment across teams
  • Independently learn & work across various third-party & proprietary software technologies (i.e Salesforce, Outreach, Autopilot) supporting direction of the Sales Automation Manager
  • Ensure seamless integration with our internal CRM platforms & assess performance for optimization 
  • Troubleshoot any issues with the software technologies on behalf of the Customer Service & Sales organizations, proactively problem solving for future issues 
  • Create reporting aimed to target unique buyer subsets for sales offerings utilizing data analytics platform(s) (i.e. Looker)
  • Manage over 500 monthly replies from sales automation campaigns, acting on behalf of a Senior Level employee, meaning you must be able to write & communicate professionally as if an exec-level director
  • Strategize on automation program initiatives
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure that customers receive exceptional service
  • Collate interesting customer responses & share trends with leadership
  • Contribute to analysis & reporting for sales automation
  • First point of contact for Salesforce related issues & process improvements for the Sales team & Art Specialist Team. 
  • Manage the creation & maintenance of Autopilot Lead Email Campaigns for Sales & Customer success departments 
  • Help oversee Lead & Sales pipeline funnel & reporting 
  • Manage Seller email campaign tagging & reporting in Salesforce & Looker
  • Manage the training of employees on CRM reporting & systems updates
  • Report out at Sales Team Monthly meeting on Leads data, Autopilot Campaigns, & Salesforce updates

What you will bring:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree preferred (or relevant work experience)
  • Experience:
    • 2-5 years in Sales, Customer Service, Technology settings
    • Experience working with luxury goods, auction house or strong interest in e-commerce a plus
  • Soft Skills: 
    • Enthusiasm & an entrepreneurial spirit
    • Exceptional communication (written & oral), presentation, & listening skills
    • Superb attention to detail, organizational skills, & timeliness
    • Willingness to pitch in to help the team with unforeseen needs & be solution-oriented
