ProdTech: Sr, Systems Analyst

Description

Sr, System Analyst will be responsible for  implementing, analyzing, & supporting complex production technology for HelloFresh, which includes planning development, testing, & deployment processes for various systems, & reporting their progress to Production Technology leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support & provide guidance to System Analysts
• Evaluate & define business requirements 
• Provide review & analytics for support events
• Coordinate training for System Analysts & other key stakeholders
• Review & deploy work instruction/SOP documents
• Maintain ProdTech Knowledge base
• Participate in planning sessions
• Drive System Stability & Enhancement Projects & Releases
• Validation & debugging of DevOps releases
• Engage in project kickoff through execution & lead project transition to support
• Support & Troubleshoot WMS, WES, WCS, & other order processing systems within the fulfillment network
• Understand all available reporting tools, create reports that enable improved operation visibility & performance
• Schedule/oversee maintenance of system servers. This includes maintaining databases to ensure highest performance & maintaining archived data
• Develop deep knowledge of site level operations in order to drive & support continuous improvement efforts
• Continuously review operations setup & drive improvement via enhancements & functionality deployments
• Act as point of contact for production for all system requests (including order research, ad hoc reporting, etc.)
• Coordinate testing, training & deployment for all planned system changes

Requirements:

• BS degree preferred.  Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Engineering Degree desired

• 3+ years of experience in multi-site industrial distribution, manufacturing, or processing environments
• Proficiency in MS Access & Excel
• SQL experience
• Experience gathering data & creating custom reports
• Flexibility & reliability to cover scheduled shifts that support 24/7 production operations
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task & prioritize tasks
• Attention to detail
• 10% Travel
