Eversound is a mission-driven company focused on reducing social isolation for at-risk older adults through technology. Based out of Boston, MA, we are currently seeking a motivated customer success team member to visit & train our clients on the road. The In Field Community Success Manager (In Field CSM) reports directly to the Director of Community Success & is responsible for ensuring the initial success & long-term retention of Eversound's customers. 

The In Field CSM will own the entire post-sales relationship, including on-boarding, ongoing retention, & up-selling/expansion for a group of local communities. Through calls, email, & in-person visits with new customers & existing customers, you'll build strong relationships that persist through (and lengthens) the life cycle of the customer. You'll be the first point of contact for these customers, acting as the friendly face of Eversound & helping them progress to create new & invigorating programming & end social isolation. You must be passionate about using technology to provide a better quality of life for older individuals & be excited about working with them within the communities in which they live. 

As this is a new position within Eversound, you'll have a chance to develop this role & help leadership refine it, perfect the responsibilities & the playbook that it requires.  You will own your own quota & have the opportunity to grow our business through building relationships.
