Flywheel Sports is seeking a Part-time Help Desk Specialist to assist with employee issues as they relate to systems, computer hardware, infrastructure hardware & mobile devices. This person will manage the internal help desk queue & escalate tickets to the appropriate teams when necessary. The person needs to be able to communicate effectively via phone, e-mail, Slack or through the internal ticketing system. They will manage the inventory & distribution of equipment to employees. This person needs to be organized, responsive & excited to work in a fun fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year as an in-house IT Support Tech
  • Experience using ticket-based workflow management systems
  • Knowledge related to Windows 7/10 & macOS setup & troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge related to Microsoft Office O365
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic network issues & PC/Laptop connectivity
  • Familiar with asset tracking systems
