About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Manager (Ops Manager) to join our Operations team as we continue to scale. As a sales ops manager, you will be responsible for designing & managing the processes our sales representatives follow to help customers book travel. This is a new role so you will set the strategy & define the execution (with support from the broader team!) as to how you'd like to approach sales operations.
You will become the expert on sales interactions & work to enhance the sales experience for our customers & sales team members alike. You will have the chance to talk with all business functions, sharing your knowledge & ideas.
This role requires a passion for creating deep & meaningful customer experiences & working with many different people. It will be critical to the success of Snaptravel's organic customer growth & retention.
